The Staff and employees are very friendly. They take ISO 9001 very seriously and share their passion with each other. Quality improvement is encouraged daily.

Forced OT sometimes and having to work weekends near the end of the month to meet monthly sales goals (especially if you have prior plans). But still a great company.

Coworkers, clean environment, decent pay.

Basically, everything else about this place is a con. I was there for 10 years. Manager set up a meeting titled "quick discussion of your self-review". Went into the meeting room and the manager and HR were there and said we have to let you go. I asked why and I was told they needed someone with more experience. Keep in mind...... I was there for 10 years. Its been two years since I was let go and a former coworker told me that pretty much everyone that was there when I was let go are gone now as well.
