A majority of the employees including management are very personable. You don't have upper management looking at you like a subordinate more like a teammate!

They will fire you for any minor reason. I was terminated for a violation I didn't even know was a violation. I was given NO verbal or written warning whatsoever. I was called in the HR office and "suspended indefinitely " which we all know is a cowards firing. I will say this they taught me to NEVER work for a company that has no union or employee representation!
