People are really friendly here & they help lifting each other a lot. All the current projects are here is in bay area itself which is a great opportunity to learn & go on site
The projects KRP is doing are mostly large scale office/mixed-use complex. You will gain plenty of experience from planning entitlement to construction document. The office and the surrounding environment is beautiful. Everyone is nice and easy to work with. All-office meetings are held weekly for everyone to share each other's progress. So you'll learn the schedule and budget of the entire business.

It's located in a sea of office buildings. Nearly nowhere to grab lunch or coffee around there. So remember to bring your own lunch. The AC can be pretty chill sometime. Bring a jacket.
