Great environment, friendly co-workers and upper management learned my name very early even though I was in a very minor role. They were flexible with my schedule when needed.

I had to stand for a long time during my shifts, sometimes for a whole 8-10 hour shift. There were no seats behind the desk.

catty management with absolutely no room for growth. you can be amazing at your job with customers that love you and they don't care or reward you unless you are buddy-buddy with the corporate office. horrible favoritism
