Uncomfortable, chaotic, stressful atmosphere - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Keratin Complex

A large majority of the women in this company talk bad about each other behind their backs but are sweet as pie to their face. They're all fake. They'll talk bad about a co-worker one minute then ask if she wants to get lunch the next. Certain people in this company get promoted for doing nothing all day while the few who work hard get over looked. They promise you a raise after a certain period of time and never give it to you, then avoid you like the plague when you ask about it. There is no HR department to regulate the drama and BS that goes on. Certain people do NOTHING all day long (ie: posting negative comments on social media sites about their co-workers) and management knows and does nothing about it. At least once a week there is an altercation in the office. They knowingly hire employees with criminal backgrounds and wonder why these same women have stolen from their company...hm?? They'll promise you the world during your interview and within one week you'll be asking yourself "Why did I ever take this job??" Worst decision in my life. This company won't last.
