Nothing major, a bit more flexibility will be good in talent retention.

- Pay is very high/ stable for this industry - Management is organised, and teams work together - Large network pool and clientelle - Independent thought - Company events and trips annually with fully paid leave

- Be prepared to work long hours, especially for promotions - Clear communication is expected at all times (but this comes in handy when looking for approved leave - which has always been easy to get approved) - Some competitiveness between management for promotions - Mostly the long hours honestly.
