-relaxed and comfortable in-office environment -no red tape. tons of flexibility to make decisions and suggest changes -it is a very small company, your impact is felt here -great team environment, people have fun and support each other

-health benefits are expensive. if you go need employer insurance, this is a major issue -100% in-office, no work from home

Good people who cared about the company and their jobs.

Incompetent upper management who's strategy was to pay all claims regardless of validity which caused the company to be liquidated and all employees to lose their job.
