I’ve been working here for almost 3 months now and I am learning so much about hard work and how to go after the success I am looking for. The management team cares very much about my growth and makes sure I’m setting goals so I stay on track.

Not for those who are not looking for growth and advancement in a job. Very challenging in the beginning but gets easier.

I transferred from our Southern California office when KeyPoint relocated its headquarters here to Salt Lake City. I came back to grab some things from my house in SoCal and was thinking how much I love the people and scenery in Utah and couldn't wait to get back. The Owner and his wife are the most down-to-earth, positive people with the best hearts of anyone I've ever known. They always go out of their way to make sure to do right by his employees. He will have to drag me out kicking and screaming to get rid of me.

It just relocated to SLC. So, its a very small crew. My boss is so good with growth and expansions that his goal is to get 15 people started before the end of October.
