I cannot say enough good things about Keypath, so here are a few of my favorite things: 1. The management is uncomparable. Many managers will reach out to an employee is their work is lacking, so feedback tends to be of negative nature. Well , not at Keypath! Your manager is in constant communication with you about everything you are doing right. If there is negative feedback, it is not addressed in a negative light, rather as a goal to achieve. They allow for open discussion in your meetings, allowing you to voice any ideas or concerns. Managers help you set goals, both work related and personal and check in frequently to see how you are doing. 2. The CEO and other "higher-ups" have never felt like a looming "corporate" cloud over the employees. They are frequently around, doing laps around the building and making genuine connections with their workers. 3. Keypath really strives for a good work-life balance. I have heard of other companies where employees are too scared to ask for time off. I can't imagine that being the case here. 4. This company is growing FAST. It has done a wonderful job at controlling growing pains. To keep that "small-company" feel in such a rapidly expanding company, Keypath plans events where everyone gets to spend time with one another. This helps build those relationships that are essential to keeping employees excited to go to work. 5. Normally this would go in the cons, but I think it is a huge pro. The interview process is long. It takes a few weeks and you go through numerous stages. I appreciate that so much because after numerous interviews, you really know the person you are bringing to the company and vice versa, the person also really understands the mission and culture of the company. Culture is a top priority, so the long process really ensures the people who come on board are here to stay!

I would say, if you are the "scratch and kick my way to the top, not caring who I kick down on the way" kind of person, this is not the place for you. Even when there is a promotion on the line and numerous people want it, it does not change the support and respect colleagues show each other. There is no "catty" atmosphere, everyone honestly wants to see each other succeed.
