Vantaggi

Very good work environment and no frill service. Staff are given jeans to wear and allowed spikes.And they have to be friendly with guests and no need to bow down. No pressure and work freely and effectively.

Bit less salary but still there are service charges which are distributed to staff

The company is HOD drive, so if you are not HODs favourite, it can also cost you your job, transfers are done unreasonably and with gruges in mind. HODs are not often questioned. Nicholas Berggruen is almost faked with false budgets and projections and his money is used mosty for operational purpose than for Capital purposed. All in all not a company for genuine employees
