Safety is paramount!..Chief pilot and management are great people. I never received pressure to do anything unsafe. Great focus on providing spring and fall recurrent training. They really tried to be a pilots' advocate. Good dispatch that helps with logistics.Good pay. Pretty good benefits- Not completely paid health, but better than paying private, 5%. 401K match, STD and LTD-cheap! and more. Enjoyed my time there. 2.5 yrs.
