terrible leadership, promises of change every year - never happened. promises of pay increase each year - never happened. a work environment that makes you feel like your in high school again petty nonsense & gossip who knows who, who is related to who - nothing based on job performance. employees (even the ones told they solid performers) are shown zero respect and paid far less than the same position at one of the other several area colleges
