      The students are great (though I had concerns that they were receiving their money's worth for the tuition and fees they were paying) ... co-workers were great

      While the co-workers were great, management wasn't. Cliques. Secret meetings. If you were in the "popular" club you got good reviews, if you weren't you didn't. Only two 2% raises in over 10 years of employment. Upper management is always talking about "turning the corner" and "righting the ship" and "financial stability is within reach" ... and then nothing ever changes. Worried about long term viability and survival of the college

      Poor management. No transparency. Buildings and grounds poorly maintained. Overrated athletic department.
