Vantaggi
They paid on time, with direct deposit. That was really about it.
Svantaggi
I was brought on as a contractor for fully remote opportunities, which are common in my field. After the first contract, I was offered a bunch of travel opportunities or nothing at all. I accepted one such position - close to my last - and finished the work (plus extra work that I wasn't compensated appropriately for, but it was that or sit in an office by myself twiddling my thumbs) ahead of deadline. My staffing manager told me "We don't have anything for you; you worked yourself out of a job." The implication was that I should have stayed and wasted the client's money and time and done the job more slowly. I went three weeks without a contract after that before they found me another opportunity. By then I already knew I was going to be moving on. On top of that fiasco, their health insurance is terrible. Their 401k is a joke. The staffing managers/support staff have absolutely no clue what they're talking about. I would absolutely never work for these people again.
