Vantaggi
The biggest endorsement I can give I came to Keystone Software having quit another job that I didn't like, and was still there 8 years later until being forced to move for family reasons. If I wanted to quit I would have done, but I've never felt that way. - The people working there are fantastic. Everyone is approachable and willing to help if required, and in the support team where I worked there is a true sense of teamwork. - For the most part (as you'd expect with any job) the customers are good to work with. When you get a call you don't feel like you're working in the middle of a call centre, and actually have a rapport with them. - As a 2nd line technician I found the work interesting, and enjoyed the problem solving nature of the tickets I dealt with. - Managers are approachable - Free fruit. Might sound very minor, but oddly one of those things that seems to make a difference! On a more personal note I became a stay at home Dad during my time there, and was allowed to work part time. There wasn't a single issue with me doing this and the management were very supportive if I ever needed time off for childcare reasons. Please note however that the job is very experience based, so I wouldn't expect to go into the company expecting part time work like this.
Svantaggi
Speaking from a support technician role there is too much procedure that needs to be followed. I feel that allowing staff more flexibility would lead to increased productivity and a better customer experience.
