Great people. Fun to work with dogs.

Can be long hours during the holiday season. Normal for a salon though.

You can bathe your own dog there, depending on what kind of mood the owner is in.

You are unappreciated, way under paid because the owner(a spoiled trust fund kid who's never had to actually work a day in her life) thinks opening 3 locations in less than a year when she can barely keep one location fully staffed is a smart business decision. The store is disgusting. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a month...because it hasn't. The owner has absolutely no experience whatsoever in grooming or bathing so trying to offer suggestions on how to make things better or explaining why her ideas on how to run things make no sense and do more harm than good is like trying to explain quantom mechanics to to a toddler. There is no communication between front desk and groomers. So basically every groom you do is just a guessing game. The place charges outrageous prices for what are supposed to be high quality grooms yet were expected to do 15 a day...cuz that makes a lot of sense. I wasn't kidding in the first line. Starting Monday kibble pet Grooming will be a Grooming salon with NO GROOMERS. But I'm sure they are still taking appointments.
