great community, awesome students, fun environment, always something to do, always moving and staying active. you learn a LOT and there's a lot of mentorship to become a better instructor, it really rounds you out as a person and gives you a unique experience.

social politics often get in the way of doing a good job or enjoying it, can be exhausting/repetitive, and can be difficult to find coverage for days you have to call out of
