-Some confusion on policies and procedures between employees lead to inconsistent resolutions, and having to go back and revisit issues multiple times. -Employee expectations and responsibilities not always clear -Working 32-40 hours a week and still considered part time so no option to receive benefits -Hourly wage low and wage increases are minimal -High employee turn over rate
