Few incoming calls, documents and projects were fairly straightforward, helpful training from other employees, and solid coworkers.

No room from growth even with experience, lack of proper HR, unclear PTO, no benefits, poor management, either no feedback or passive aggressive comments from management, and increased responsibilities with no acknowledgement.

Location is pretty good. Proximity to major freeways. Also very close to Oakland University.

Poor leadership, very high turnover, no benefits, low pay, and being spied on by everyone in the office. Incredibly hostile working environment created by the CEO, and the partners have pretty much no say in anything. If one of the partners turns on you, then you'll be even more miserable there.
