Leadership is extremely disconnected and continuously make decisions that do not work for the people doing the work. Even when leaders have admitted that we are not following the plan, we continue to go the same direction. Everyone is so overworked and underpaid. Leadership is so political, every executive is a buddy of another one, and they make decisions based on what they want instead of taking any time whatsoever to think about how it will affect everyone. Our products are terrible, we have a small team of developers on 10 or more products at the same time, we don't have time to do things right.
