Its not a bad place to start if you are looking to pick up some skills and gain on the job experience. All team members are generally friendly and helpful. You may manage to get some training courses if you keep pushing and they reimburse exam fees if you pass.

The managers lack integrity and often provide false promises. Their appraisal meetings are a joke. Pay reviews as bad as they are take months to come through. As someone pointed out before, its more like a boys club feel as in people close with the managers get interesting work, decent pay raises etc while the rest will need to make do with whatever's assigned to them. The pay is much below the market rate, so unless you are a rookie, you'd be better off looking elsewhere.
