- Can be fun to work for - No 2 days the same - They will listen to feedback if they like you

- Toxic senior management - The belief that additional unpaid work is "a great opportunity" and is to be commended. - Time is a luxury - Pay is terrible - Little control of their own resources as the parent company Volaris has them in a chokehold - Cutthroat - No career progression unless you can give unpaid time to advance or do someone else's job alongside your own.
