Kinetics provides a great opportunity for anyone that is not interested in sitting at a desk all day every day. If you're serious about your goals, you can get there with the program and a little elbow grease. Our team is like a family and you are included from day one. A mentor is assigned during the second interview and takes you under their wing with so much love to guide you to your goals. The company structure has no seniority and just doing your job helps your coworkers do theirs as well. This may be considered sales, but it's not a competition. Everyone is rooting for everyone. There are multiple different shift options available, so it's literally for anyone. The bonuses are amazing as well :)

There is a base salary for the sales positions, but you have to make it known that you don't want to receive commission ( which you can make WAY more than base with).
