Great wages and benefits, which is why I'm not giving KC two stars. I originally worked on a great team, too. One of my supervisors was a great example of servant leadership. There's also some great colleagues I worked with.

Svantaggi

The work culture is a perfect example of Espoused Theory. KC talks a lot about equity and social justice, but the behaviors (theory-in-use) of management show otherwise. You do not get promoted for doing good work. It's not what you know, it's who you know.

Came to Rail from another division in the county, so much better than certain customer facing divisions. Work like balance and hybrid model are great. Lots of room for advancement in the admin world if you want it.

Svantaggi

Can feel like you’re being micro managed or watched from the top at times but middle management is usually good at mitigating this.
