      King County Benefits are great compared to other government jobs. The pace of work at OLEO was manageable. Good career opportunities in KC.

      Council doesn't seem to care about OLEO's work; it's all performative. OLEO hasn't proven its value to tax payers as evidenced by the scant information on their website and social media pages. Small office with little room for career advancement.

      Came to Rail from another division in the county, so much better than certain customer facing divisions. Work like balance and hybrid model are great. Lots of room for advancement in the admin world if you want it.

      Can feel like you’re being micro managed or watched from the top at times but middle management is usually good at mitigating this.
