Decent pay, room for growth.

Svantaggi

No GWI (general wage increases) once you hit your top step. They give COLA increases most years, but those technically aren't raises. They don't want to pay for parking near the Courthouse and other downtown County buildings and we all know public transit isn't safe.

Came to Rail from another division in the county, so much better than certain customer facing divisions. Work like balance and hybrid model are great. Lots of room for advancement in the admin world if you want it.

Svantaggi

Can feel like you’re being micro managed or watched from the top at times but middle management is usually good at mitigating this.
