Very abusive work environment - Recensione dipendente - Procurement Manager presso Kingspan

Worked there for only 13 months - before they restructured and outsource several manager positions into the US. Went through 3 general managers, and had boss 5 boss changes. The "f" work was common language, very aggressive production meetings, extremely long working hours - 60 hours plus - and when I was layed off without cause they offered me some money extra for compensation, but not without the condition that I sign an agreement not to sue them for harrassment ...
