Not a place I would recommend working. Growth opportunities are extremely limited unless you commit long-term into a very specific career track like becoming a pedorthist, and even then progression feels slow and restrictive.
There is a clear mismatch between the company’s messaging around care and employee support and the actual day-to-day experience. Hard work doesn’t feel recognized, and compensation does not reflect effort or workload.
Management is inconsistent and often disorganized, which leads to confusion, lack of direction, and a generally frustrating work environment.
