Great product, great team. Very smart engineering group, with enough autonomy to get the job done.

Enterprise sales are incredibly difficult. They're time consuming and complicated.

- Great people - Good culture - A fair amount of games / fun to be had in the workplace - Transparency (see cons) - Complex product

- Extremely difficult product to sell (what makes it different from our competitors?) - Unclear goals from management - Nepotistic hires - Being held accountable for failures of other teams - Sales not hitting their numbers - Late game pivots to appeal to different market segments - A complete lack of transparency in the year 2016 - Brain drain (senior people leaving the company at an alarming rate) - Management is all a clique, and regardless of team performance nobody is held accountable / let go - Company laid off 20% of staff at the start of Q2, culture is pretty much dead at this point, everyone is scared and nobody is happy
