Their package is exceptionally good. If you can survive for two years you'll be getting triple fold of your salary.

After getting into KIPS you'll never find timing for your personal stuffs, They don't trust their employees and will not allow them to work freely. Daily you need to update the records (Same record) in different applications so this takes a lot of time and redundancy of reporting. They will always pressurize you even if you do good. Employee care is totally down. Reporting manager will call you in odd timings and always downgrade you comparing with others and they think that you are their slave and ready to work for them all the time. Mostly they will not trust their employees. One prime example I can quote is every year by the month of JUN - AUG they will recruit across India if they could retain the employees why do they need to hire each year? Yes there are about twenty employees working for them so long but its a mere number compared to the total strength. I would suggest this company to persons whose main thing is salary and doesn't bother about any thing. They will also make you sign a bond.
