Young team work hard, very motivated to make big difference. Many donors give much money to support.

Workplace very toxic, Directors make it worse. Employees must tell on each other to survive. Must copy the bad behavior of immature middle managers. Middle managers not confident, scared of losing jobs with no benefits. They say what bosses want, not good leaders or business builders. Problems of farmers not important anymore.

Their support to small scale farmers on availing cheap transport has enabled farmers to improve their livelihoods by being able to sell their produce and not waste a lot of time finding market and transporting the goods.

Being a start up company they have not been able to reach a wide range of farmers and therefore their services are limited to certain areas.
