Brazilians hiring and promoting Brazilians. if you are not, probably don't bother because what Brazilian employees hired by their relatives are allowed to do would get you fired. They allow 5 min break after working for 4h. And 30 min break after 6h of work (but shifts are usually 6-7h long so it doesn't make sense to take 30 min break) Some managers speak very poor English which makes it challenging to understand what they want from you.
