There are a lot of priorities and customer requirements to meet. It makes for challenging weeks at times.

A lot of interesting and good people who can help you when needed. Interesting product, albeit flawed.

No direction. Lack of transparency. Almost weekly town hall meetings that waste your time. Too much talking, not enough actual doing. CEO implements cult-like environment.
