They overwork all employees and they do not pay them overtime, they micromanage, management is never on the same page, and the CEO Bruce Roden uses unprofessional language towards employees and fires them if he wakes up in the wrong side of the bed. They have no policies and procedures and expect you to follow policies and procedures.
