Growth story - Has grown massively locally and globally. Global growth speaks opportunities beyond Asia Pacific into Europe and the Middle East. Local growth indicates the building of a strong base. 4. Annual Leave entitlement and Medical Insurance - Much better than others in the market

1. Smaller headcount - Not ideal for those who prefer to be in larger teams/organizations. 2. Adapting some aspects of Group legacy to SG practices is challenging - stakeholder management is key.
