Lunch is provided when you are required to work through it. For the most part, the employees are all friendly. Benefits package is pretty good.

Be prepared to work through your lunch at least 3-5 times a month. Lots of times when you ask other departments for help in THEIR area of expertise, they put it back on you to assist the customer even though you are not knowledgeable about it. Which in turn creates a bad impact on the customer. Not enough staff in certain departments, which creates negative customer experience when simple things take a week or more. Not all employees know how to properly type up business communication documents which then looks mediocre.
