They will train a person with no experience and teach them a valuable trade skill, like running a laser, saw, shear, burn table, etc... Promotes from within.

inherently dangerous work environment. must constantly have a lot of PPE (hard hat, gloves, special boots, and safety glasses) cold in the winter. hot in the summer. LOUD Doesnt pay well enough to keep you there more than a couple years unless you get promoted. Pay raises do not match inflation. President openly stated in a team meeting to the entire company he "does not believe in cost of living increases". Rapid turn over means there are constantly new people, so mistakes are common, and sometimes dangerous.
