Poor management - Recensione dipendente - Retail Assistant presso Klosh

Pay cut just because I didn’t know that I am not allowed to issue the free gift promotion for product A, if there is a in store promotion when they pay using the certain card. The supervisor went to settle something and left me alone in the store when it was only my 2nd week at work. I was a part time staff but i had to work everyday and almost full shift for each day. It was very hard for me to request for off day and the supervisor even when home earlier instead of me even though she knows that i wanted an off day on that day. Selected the wrong product code since their cashier computer was just a mini ipad so their images was really tiny and hard to see. The customer was calmed about it but my senior staff didn’t know what to do so she called my supervisor and asked for help and instead of helping to settle it then reprimand me for doing it wrongly, she scolded me through the phone infront of the customer. The customer however was not happy with they way my supervisor was handling the situation and scolding me infront of the customer. Which i think was true since its very unprofessional of her to do that. Do not recommend to work here due to really poor management.
