Procedures are in place for specific job duties. Management does not follow those procedures making it difficult to complete daily tasks. Management seems over concerned with numbers of how many signed up for rewards programs and not concerned enough about having enough checkouts open to prevent long lines and give really "actual" customer service. Too many reasons to have a "managers override" causing backups in checkout lines and upset customers.
