Work load is overwhelming. New layouts, freight, restocking, maintenance of departments. Fix one problem, twelve more are waiting for you around the corner. Scheduled 48 hours per week but have to work 60-70 hours per week just to finish the required work. I work days off, vacation days, stay late come in early to stay on top of it. Why, because you get blamed if it's not done.
