Terrible place to work at! - Recensione dipendente - Sales Associate presso Kmart

Managers will treat you like DIRT. You are either overworked or underworked, they will schedule you when you have said you cannot work and will get in trouble then you don't show up. I was 16 when I worked there, and they had me in the restaurant. I closed alone every night I worked, which is DIFFICULT especially on weekends. There were 2 people working maximum and the managers treated us horribly back there.
