Hard to name them all. Knack Collective truly lives its values. I feel both challenged yet supported and feel that I am making an impact. Endless opportunities for professional growth and you're surrounded by a group of experts in their fields -- allowing everyone on the team to elevate their work. The management is unlike any that I have worked for in that they pride themselves on transparency, genuinely care about their employees, are willing to dig in and help out, and exude the passion required to keep the team motivated day-in and day-out.

The company is young and quickly growing -- and with that the processes and structures in-place are built to evolve. If you don't handle ambiguity or like to roll your sleeves up to pitch in, it's a challenging environment. If you are easily tempted by curiosity you can really get involved with a lot. You need to be measured and focused with what you take on so that you can thrive within your role but don’t get burnt out. Thankfully management provides regular feedback and check-ins to help employees stay on course while also providing a safe place to voice frustrations.
