      Null Pointer Exception thrown always and no one is even trying to fix it. From Senior Management to HR's are just trying to hide this null somehow.

      Too many 1. There is no transparency. 2. Expected to work over 13-14 hours a day..I have done it for more than 70% of my days in org. 3. Farzi OKR's just so that to make you work on weekends. 4. Scrum masters being working as Project managers without having any technical and managerial knowledge. 5. You will find only transactional managers here who will threaten junior guys. 6. Internal politics is at damm high.If you ask questions to your managers you might even get fired. 7. There is no culture every management member is just on saving his/her reviews even if it has to be done whatever way. 8. Check for attrition rate for the previous quarter if you even are thinking to join such an org.

      Work from home. Great coworkers. My boss is very laid back. The work is interesting. Opportunities to join big projects at large companies. I've been consulting with HPE as a scala data engineer for the past 7 months, and prior to that I was in a similar time at HEB. Great training.
