It is pretty evident that employees are thoroughly unhappy here. This organization has concept of 'Competency' for skills categorization. But the irony is, engineers from java competency works for front-end/devops . They obliterate the fundamental skills of engineers. The competency head will make sure that your career is impacted in every manner conceivable if an engineer can't adapt to irrelevant technologies. "Java competency" is the worst, requiring engineers to make compromises at all levels. The most corrupt department is human resources. For them, even a sexual harassment complaint is meaningless. Before joining this group, exercise caution. I advise obtaining an offer letter from this company, but I do not advocate joining. You are deluding yourself if you believe glowing reviews on Glassdoor. The HR department is responsible for creating all of the positive phony notes.
