CEO Brett Shanely is highly unethical and his entire career is based on the philosophy of fake it until you make it. During my tenure, he would lie to partners about our offering, lie to investors about the trajectory of the company, and inflate numbers. He would lie to employees. He would even lie to regulatory bodies, which is why to this day Knoma still does not have a credit license as he was caught in one of these lies. Additionally, he would push employees to partake in such unethical practices such as writing false reviews about the company. He also has a habit of micromanaging every decision you make. I would also like to note that I resigned from Knoma, but Brett deleted the resignation email, and all evidence of it as he has admin access to every platform as the supreme leader. With this, I never got paid, and I never got the opportunity to vest my stock because of this, and lost other job opportunities because of his actions and have been worried about repercussions of even posting this review, which is why it's been years in the making.
