We are pleased to hear that you had such a positive experience and felt that you were openly communicated with and taken care of while in your role. It does sadden us that you left because of another former employee but hope your positive experience will keep us at top of mind for your next career move. We loved your suggestion about cross-talks and the 2-3 month after hire evaluations, and have made the appropriate teams aware of your suggestions. Fortunately, we no longer have the three-week pay gaps that you're referring to but we do believe that the sort of follow up you suggested would be beneficial for our company and its new hire employees.
