Much of the leadership team is kind and means well, but can't see the forest for the trees. If you are a hard worker and nag for more opportunities, you can often receive them (workload-wise) but this does not translate to compensation. This is a great company for young professionals to get their footing, gain some skills, and move on to a place that actually provides a career path. Nice office and give you free food often to make up for lack of great benefits.

- Nepotism - unqualified, dramatic chief of HR ill-equipped to be in such a critical role in the company - Pay - well below market standards, especially for being in one of the most expensive parts of Indiana - Career trajectory - no set structures for career advancement - Benefits - poor pay, PTO, and no maternity leave options (besides bringing the newborn IN TO WORK for half your normal salary?!?) despite touting "Indiana's largest women-owned business" - Company gossip galore - poor communication structures and expectation to accept that as the status quo/norm; head of HR known for talking poorly about employees
