      Office location is convenient to shopping and gym, and you have free parking

      Pay is minimal for industry standards. Loads of nepotism, if you're not family or friends of the family of the owners, you're outcasted. Having been there for several years, no annual raises, no incentive bonuses, benefits are very much so lacking, and not much opportunity for growth or advancement, unless you're family.
