Excessive travel not paid by the company, micromanaged by management, huge lack of management support and feedback is only negative. Company has been losing business from key clients. Few Techs were hired then let go within a few weeks from hire due to loss of contracts. Company wants you to be safety cop and not as an actual coach to help improve client.
