- Overall friendly people - The couple who aren't super friendly are still fun to drink with - Competitive salary - Small family company (they're more personally invested in you) - Work/life balance is pretty good, even for new auditors

- No formal training, you learn on the job - Small family company (you can't become a partner, if that's your goal) - Health insurance only (no life/dental/disability) but premiums are covered! - Potentially a long commute depending on where you live - Lots of early morning travel

The hours are not as crazy as at big audit firms, the staff is friendly.

Family owned business, no long term opportunities and future growth. Partners would yell at you if something is done wrong.
